book blog

This week I read A Mango Shaped Space. It's about a girl named Mia who has Synesthesia, a condition where she sees specific colors and shapes for certain noises. When Mia discovers about her disorder (or discovers that she has a disorder) she develops god complex which begins to tear her life apart. I liked this book, I have never really seen a book play with god complexes and issues like this one. I think it was very well written and I would suggest it to most people in our (and Linda's if there viewing my blog) class.

  1. My younger sister has Synesthesia. They can also taste things and associate direction with the word or sound.
