Coraline

Coraline
by Neil Gaiman
This book was a little bit young if you know what I mean. There were no real big problems that you would see in real life. This was a pretty good book but it would be much more enjoyable if I had read it a few years ago. This story is about a girl named Coraline who is ignored by her parents. Coraline finds a door that by day leads to a brick wall but by night it leads to a wonderful place full of wonder. There are performing rats, magnificent food, and most curious a mother that seems very interested with Coraline. I would recomend this book to readers 8-10 who are looking for a creepy halloween story.

skillig

This book is very interesting and has some clever plot twists and ideas. It is about a boy named Michael who find a strange man in his basement. This man has wings, does not move, and never shows clear emotion. I would reccomend this book to someone who is looking for a good creepy halloween story.

The Secret Life Of Bees

The Secret Life Of Bees
By: Sue Monk Kidd
This book is great I really think that it gave you surprises that you would have never imagined. This story is about a girl who is abused by her father and runs away to a farm were she meets three odd sisters that keep bees. I think this book was very sweet. It had a lot of parts about the coming of age. I would recommend this to 11-15 year old girls because it deals with a lot female of issues.

13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher

This book was probably the best book I have read for a long time. 13 Reasons Why is about a boy named Clay Jensen who receives in the mail 13 tapes from Hannah Baker, but Hannah Baker took a handful of pills 2 weeks ago. Soon you learn the reason why she took these pills and the people who are at fault. I loved this book it really kept you on edge. This book is a pretty easy read nothing to complicated but it is very dark. I would recommend this book to people who are ok with something sort of dark and are looking for a quick read.

The Client

The Client Part 2
by John Grisham
The Client was a great book. This is a two week book which should be paced. The story is about a boy who learned more than he should, and is soon in the middle of a conflict between the mafia and the FBI.  The two conflicting groups provided a lot of clever thinking and intrigue. This book does not alway provide surprise but it does provide adventure. In this story the FBI have a surprising amount of things in common. While forcing information out of people they don't think about the effect that it could have on them. I would recommend this book to someone who has the time and can handle the certain parts that drag on for a while.

The Client

The Client Part 1

by John Grisham

I have not finished this book yet but so far so good. The Client is about a boy who finds out a little to much then he should, He is soon thrown between law enforcement and the mob. I am on page 195 so I am not half way but I am close ( The book is 566 pages). I love the back and forth between the FBI and the Mob because it makes a problem that does not have a clear solution which is very in teresting for the reader. I so far would reccomend this book to people who want a good adventure and love clever tricks.
